Command Senior Enlisted Leader

Executive leadership and organizational management for unit of >1,000 personnel spread across four states in New England. Responsible for recruiting, retention, human resources management, discipline, setting and enforcing policies, training and employment development, and overall readiness of the unit.

Unit Senior Enlisted Leader

Executive leadership and organizational management for unit of >250 personnel. Responsible for recruiting, retention, human resources management, discipline, setting and enforcing policies, training and employment development, and overall readiness of the unit.

Civil-Military Operations Planner Chief

Establishing relationships and conducting key leader engagements with foreign militaries and government officials, liaison with dislocated populations and NGO/IGO's in contested environments, tracking civilian/hostile entities, providing intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and other battlespace reports to air and ground commander(s) in support of kinetic strikes and combat operations.

Watch Officer / Watch Chief

Senior enlisted advisor in a Combined Joint Operations Center and foreign security forces advisor to host nation forces. Integral member of the 'kill chain' in support of ground combat operations.

Aviation Supply/Logistics

Consumable/Repairable inventory management, warehouse management, requisition maintenance, repair life-cycle operations, hazardous material, aviation operations, project management, accounting and budgeting for accounts in excess of $250 million.

Fleet Support Liaison

Diagnosing and troubleshooting functionality and coding errors in multiple logistics database systems for fleet Marine forces along the east coast.

Combat Instructor

Platoon leader (80-100 personnel), instructor of warfighting skills, marksmanship trainer, range officer in charge and safety officer, martial arts instructor, platform instructor of weapons and tactics.
