Senior Resource Hub - Volunteer Opportunities

 

Volunteer Opportunities for Seniors


1. Rindge Volunteer Driver Program


Provides door-to-door rides for seniors and residents in need. Seniors who are able can volunteer as drivers, contributing valuable support to fellow residents.

2. Rindge Historical Society


Volunteers help preserve and share Rindge’s rich history through historical documentation, museum support, and special events. Seniors are encouraged to join as volunteers.

3. Rindge Library


The library offers opportunities for seniors to volunteer as: 

-Reading mentors for children
-Event helpers
-Assistants with organizing library resources

4. CVTC (Community Volunteer Transportation Company)


CVTC seeks volunteer drivers to provide rides for seniors and others in need of transportation to medical appointments, grocery stores, and other essential services.
